Understanding the critical aspects of making an effective team are skills that are beneficial to not only strengthen the community, but for each individual to take with them beyond TGS. Hence, the creation of this project in order to explore what it really means to achieve an efficient team. By having content-based sessions, we will be able to delve into what it means to theoretically execute tasks in a group. The collaborative learning will then be applied gradually in each country through small challenges, ultimately helping us prepare for our last and final test.

This is predominantly aimed at personal holistic growth for the members involved in the project. However, the skills that will be developed should be applied in daily life, which will aid and hopefully influence other interactions within the TGS community and beyond.
